Website privacy

This notice explains information collected through the MedAI AU public website. It does not describe the separate Claude environment we may configure for your organisation.

Enquiries

When you enquire, we receive the name, work email, organisation and message you provide. We use those details to respond, assess your requirements and discuss a proposal. Please do not include patient information or other sensitive information.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are processed through its configured Sydney function and delivered using Resend to our business email. Website hosting, email delivery and mailbox providers may process information overseas. The Australian-only AI processing offer does not apply to this public website or enquiry email.

Google Analytics

For visits identified by our hosting provider as originating in Australia, Google Analytics starts automatically and uses cookies and receives website activity and technical information to help us understand visits and enquiries. Our configured events measure page visits, enquiry-link clicks, email-link clicks and confirmed form submissions. We do not include your form contents, name, email address or organisation in those events.

We have disabled enhanced measurement and advertising personalisation signals. Our tracking excludes URL query strings and fragments; only recognised campaign codes are included. Google may process analytics information outside Australia. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The “OK” button dismisses the cookie notice; it is not a consent button. Analytics is disabled for visits identified as outside Australia or where the location check is unavailable. We honour earlier “No thanks” choices stored in the same browser. Browser settings, content blockers and Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on can restrict tracking.

Website operation

Hosting and email services may process technical records, such as network addresses and delivery information, to operate and protect the service. Whether you have dismissed the cookie notice is stored in your browser. An earlier analytics refusal, if present, is also respected. The on-page requirements check is not submitted with your enquiry.
